About this campaign
Linus was a rescue from the Mia foundation. His mom was picked up by the rescue while she was pregnant with Linus and his sister, Lucy. Lucy didn't make it, but Linus has filled my life with joy for 6 years now.
He's stubborn, but a big baby. Loves to be held and tickled, and is a mama's boy.
He lives with me in my home and his sister, Tina (not biological) and is very loved by his Grandma also.
Linus is the protector of the house. He watches the front of the house and lets me know if anyone approaches the house. Did I mention he loves his Grandma? She holds him and pets him for hours. He also loves his cousin, Annie (my mom's dog) and they have play dates often. He loves life and is a happy little guy all the time!
Linus has little man syndrome. He doesn't realize he is tiny and will pick a fight through the fence with anyone! But he's really a sweet mama's boy when he's snuggling on my lap. He looks at me with those big brown eyes and I feel so sad that I haven't given this the attention it requires. He deserves the care he needs.
I found a fluid filled cyst under Linus' arm and was very worried. The vet says he doesn't think it is cancerous, but it causes Linus great discomfort, and the fluid keeps increasing, making it nearly impossible for him to wear a harness to go for walks. It is now nearly the size of a golf ball. And Linus only weighs 15 pounds! That's huge - poor little guy.
I have so much going on in my life and I just fell behind. I'm in the process of moving my parents to their retirement home, and moving myself later this year. My funds have dried up. I feel so bad for Linus. I haven't put him first.
