Little man is a 1 year old Mix-Breed in Gadsden, AL, who needs $2,000 for X-ray, Blood Work, and Possible Surgery.

Little man was given to us by my son’s friend when he was about 8 weeks old. He belonged to our dog of 9 years that passed away so we were so happy to now have little man! He is the size of a horse we say cause he’s so big and he has 12 toes! He lives with me my husband and son and our 2 other dogs and 3 girl puppies! He is a very calm easy going dog he just likes to run around our neighborhood!

I don’t know if a car hit him or what but he came in one day not putting weight on one of his legs and had what I call a fish belly on his chest area. It seemed to be filled with fluid or blood and he got to where he doesn’t want to lay down I guess he can’t breath with the pressure of it pushing in. He ran off a few days ago and I thought he was laying somewhere but he just now came home whining.

He managed to get enough strength to make it home and it was raining to so when I opened the door I was happy he wasn’t gone like I thought but he’s in terrible shape he can’t breath with barely breath and he’s swollen all over won’t eat or drink anything and I don’t want to lose him he means a lot to our family and is very special to us. Any way to get help to save him we would be so grateful for

We don’t have any money for vet care my husband is the only one bringing in any money and honestly that’s rare these days and we just don’t have the money or we would use it for him to get better. Losing him would be another huge loss for our family and he deserves help!
