About this campaign
This loving black Lab sat emaciated, suffering from skin infections, tick infestations, and two tickborne illnesses on death row in a South Texas shelter. He was miserable and needed immediate help. The clock was ticking on his life.
And when Lucky Lab Rescue and Adoption saved Loki, he instantly showed his rescuers how grateful he was. "He could not stop hugging the volunteer who picked him up and rushed him to the animal hospital," the rescue tells Waggle.
Then Loki could not stop hugging everyone he met! He embraced the employees at the vet's office and his foster mom-- he shows them all how thankful he is.
Loki received immediate treatment for his tick infestation and illnesses. He was hospitalized for a week to stabilize his health and weight after being neglected for so long.
Lucky Lab is in crisis mode and needs your help paying for Loki's medical bills. Texas shelters are overflowing with animals in need. The rescue is trying to save as many as possible when donations are down -- likely due to the economy.
Please help the nonprofit group raise the money to cover Loki's care!
