Loki came into my life about six months ago when I had to put my 13-year-old best friend down she had bone cancer and tore her ACL and surgery was not an option. I wasn’t going to get another dog, but I saw Loki and he needed a new home. I knew that I could give him so much love and bring joy back into his life, and he would definitely bring love and joy back into mine.

Early Sunday morning, he came in from the backyard limping I noticed he was in pain so I took him to the vet. They did x-rays and told me that he broke his left hip and that he needs to see a surgeon and have surgery on his left hip Loki is such a joyful dog he has so much energy and love to give he is going to have to be in a kennel 24 seven for his rehab

Loki is a definitely special dog. He is so full of energy and always wanting to play always running around like a crazy person. He loves to come to work with me every day and play with his nine dog friends.

I just had surgery at OHSU for heart surgery I just got back from there. They didn’t ablation on my heart so I spent a lot of my funds on a rental car hotel and medical expenses. I’ve been dealing with the last year to two years so financially it’s really hard right now
