About this campaign
Loki is a full Weimaraner and a Rescue dog. He lives with us on 4 acres in the Sonoran Desert Southwest. Hes a beautiful loving dog and a firm loved member off our household as we are retired, he gets lots of love. We have had Loki about two years. He lovingly has replaced our other Weim who died of a numerological disorder.
Loki loves my wife and has adopted her. She has trained him and hes super smart and very intelligent too. Hes a part of our family as if hes our son. Hes spoiled and loved and he returns it 100% Hes very active and we take him out to run daily many times in the mountains when its so hot here. He loves other dogs and also our cat who lives with us.
Loki is also very funny. He loves to lay upside down feet in the air and then smiles at us. He loves his stuffed toys, the favorite is his bunny. He is the king of his domain, yet obedient and loving, never bites but a great watchdog. He loves too stand on his two back legs and kiss my wife...I'm not jealous.
Loki suddenly became listless and we checked his temp, it was 105.6 and immediately took him to Southern Arizona emergency pet clinic He turned septic and his BP was 70 After 9 hours, its now 110. Not a snake bite? Hes still with the vet but getting better. Nobody knows why or what caused this to Loki, but he was very close to passing.
We are both retired and the estimate for Loki's care we just received is over $5,000. Buts hes family, we love him and are heartbroken. We need financial help with this huge unplanned bill
