About this campaign

I adopted Loki 5 years ago, and it was love at first sight. He’s been my loyal companion and emotional support animal through some of the hardest times in my life, always bringing comfort and joy. Loki is incredibly affectionate and adores people—he follows me everywhere and lights up any room with his sweet, loving personality.

Loki suddenly became weak and lethargic, and vets discovered he has severe anemia likely caused by a flea-borne parasite. His red blood cell count is dangerously low. He’s fighting hard while receiving fluids, oxygen, and medication at Middle Georgia Animal Clinic, but he urgently needs a blood transfusion to survive.

Loki isn’t just a cat, he’s my best friend and emotional support through some of the hardest times in my life. He always knows when I’m sad and curls up next to me to comfort me. He’s incredibly loving, gentle, and playful, and brings warmth to everyone he meets. He’s like the heart of our home, always spreading love to his furry siblings and to me.

This emergency has come unexpectedly, and I’ve already spent much of my savings on veterinary visits and medications. I’m doing everything I can, but the cost of a blood transfusion and ongoing treatment is beyond my means. Any help would truly mean the world to me and Loki.
