About this campaign
My mother bought Lola from a breeder when I was 14 years old to be my ESA for post assault anxiety. She was the runt of the litter. She has been my furbaby and best friend for years and went to college with me for a semester.
Lola has a perforated corneal ulcer and needs urgent corneal graft to save her right eye. She had the same surgery on the left eye 2 years ago. She is under the care of The Animal Eye Institute in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Lola is very friendly and loves people! She loves to give lots of kisses. The vets enjoy her sweet smiley personality. She isn’t as perky as usual because she is in pain and can not see well.
Several factors are contributing to the need. Timing is horrible. I am currently paying off the first surgery which has been tough with a high risk pregnancy, new baby who has had feeding issues, post Christmas, new apartment and job reducing hours.
