Lola is a 1-year-old Bully in Dunkirk, MD, who needs $2,000 for Canine Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy.

Our Lola girl is a rescue, we got her when she was about 3 month. She loves her home here with us and her brother Axel (not blood) . Lola loves having a brother to be with - now her and Axel are inseparable. Lola is grateful we took her in and gave her a good Life and she knows she is safe with us and we will take care of her forever.

I always say Lola is a Hot Mess - she steals my socks and tears them apart, she will eat anything she can reach - I mean anything from bugs to leaves, sticks etc. What is so funny if you walk up to her while she is doing one of these things she drops it and will get up and start loving on you like she is innocent:) She thinks she hit the jackpot when her human brother comes home from college.

Lola is our only Baby Girl and I can't imagine life without her. She is happy all the time and always giving Love with her long tongue that just makes you smile. I never have a bad day with Lola she is like an anti-depressant, always makes me feel life can't get any better ! Lola knows where she came from and she is grateful for where she is now - Home surrounded by Love.

Lola will be 1 in November as she grew she began to limp so we took her to our Vet, Vet sent us to Surgeon. Dr. Nwadike at Mid-Atlant Animal Specialty Hospital found she needs Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy(TPLL) and ACL Repairs in both rear legs, this is a result of a growth defect in her Femur Tibia resulting in an abnormal Tibia plateau angle (TPA) measurement of 28.6-normal <15.

We don't have the funds to pay for her surgery which will be $8000.00. My husband and I both work and are trying to put our son through college - there is no extra money. So any donation would be helpful to us. God Bless
