Lola is not officially my pet. She belongs to my workplace’s neighbor. However, for the past six months she has been a part of my life every morning when I arrive to work. She greets me with that aura of joy she carries and has the ability to change a grumpy morning to a beautiful day to look forward to. . Soulful eyes, gentle spirit with pup playfulness, I can’t start my morning without her.

Lola was struck by a vehicle when she escaped her yard. Her hind leg is fractured in multiple places, and the vet recommends amputation. It just hasn’t been the same around work without Lola. I would love to see Lola back to her playful self greeting me every morning . She is like coffee to a coffee drinker. I just can’t get my morning started without her.. She is genuinely loved by her family and they would be grateful for any help to get Lola back to herself and out of pain …and so would I.
