Lola is a 2 year old French Bulldog in South Amboy, NJ, who needs $2,000 for Ruptured Disc Cervical Surgery.

2 years ago we drove 2 hours to meet our Lola girl. We saw her online and knew she was the one for our family after searching for a pet for over a year. We took her home that day and she’s been a part of our family since.

On 4/25/25 Lola showed signs of being injured. We took her to the urgent care where we were told she had possible IVDD and we started pain management/ medications. Sunday Lola got worse and would not use her legs to walk. She cried in pain. We brought her to the ER at garden state animal hospital in Eatontown NJ where she received an MRI and surgery for a ruptured disk and degenerative disks.

Lola is a special baby. She loves her siblings and cannot sleep at night unless she’s in her sisters bed. She finds comfort in her family and must always be touching someone. Our household would be lost without her.

Lola’s medical bills are now over $15k. I put 10k on credit cards but the remaining 5k is with the animal hospital on a 6 month payment plan. I’m looking at over 2 grand a month to pay back this debt not including the urgent care visit and medications that were purchased.
