About this campaign

Lola is 3.5 pound, 10-12-year-old Chihuahua who was found on the streets of Miami. This tiny
girl was taken to a local shelter. After spending 7 long days there, her owner never claimed her,
and that’s when True and Faithful Pet Rescue stepped in to get her the medical care she
needed, as it was clear that she was very sick.
Her rescuer, Lisa L., took her to the veterinarian, where it was determined that she had severe
pneumonia. Poor little Lola is also heartworm positive, but she can’t be started on a course of
treatment until her pneumonia improves and she’s cleared by doctors.
Lisa describes Lola as “very sweet,” “teeny-tiny,” and “in need of a second chance at a loving
home.”
True and Faithful Pet Rescue is seeking donations from donors to help cover the cost of Lola’s
medical treatment. With contributions from generous individuals like yourself, this wonderful
organization can continue to rescue animals in need and get them the medical care they
deserve.
