I rescued Lola 11 years ago from a couple that were divorcing and planned on putting her to sleep because she was not socialized and was a fear biter. She has been through broken relationships, moves, hard times, happy times, all of life’s ups and downs. She wasn’t with me Whole i was growing up and is my rock, confidante, best friend. She means everything to me. I was given a choice to put her to sleep or fix her. It wasnt ever a choice. She is not in pain, she is not suffering, she is sick and has a chance to live many more years. Giving up was never a choice. She never gave up on loving me, or being there with a wagging tail when i got home, and soft fur to cry into when i needed her. Letting her go Isn’t an option unless she is suffering or her life will be pain. Never.
