Lonex is a 4 year old Bluetick Coonhound in Lancaster, SC, who needs $2,000 for Anemia and Hospitalization.

We adopted Lonex from a rescue in 2020. He was so small and the runt of a litter that was born in the shelter. He was only 9 weeks old when we got him. He has been my rock the last 4.5 years we've had hum and he is my heart dog.

Lonex went into the get last week with an infection. Since then he has been getting worse every day. Monday evening he was admitted to the hospital with severe anemia, where he still remains. They are running tests to try to find out what is happening and how gest to treat him. He is currently at Carolina Veterinary Specialists in Matthew's.

He loves to lay next to me anytime I sit down and he follows me around the rest if the time. He love to chase toys. He is my spoiled baby and makes sure he continues to be spoiled anytime he doesn't think he's getting enough attention.

His case is very complex and the amount of the tests and hospitalization have drained my savings. He is still so young and my funds are now limiting his treatment options.
