Hello, my name is Tiffany Julien. My moms dog Loretta can not longer support herself to use the bathroom on her own or even go on walks. She is alot of pain and the vet just diagnosed her and informed our family she will need new hips or she will not able to have any weight on them.My mom and veteran stepdad have a really low income. Both on disability currently. Loretta will appreciate anything.

Loretta is fun and super spunky. She is so sweet with children and other sogs. She really has made my parents life really great since we have been out of the house. She is not her self now. She is crying and hurting all day.
My parents are crying and will do anything to help her.
I miss her fun personality.

She is so smart. She does not need a leash and is very attentive to my step dad and his needs. She has has been a great service dog so far and I pray that can continue. She has been very active her whole life. Having regular check ups. Good food. Hips have been the only issue. She had been able to support my stepdad with all of his needs until recently.

She is at the stockton veterinary hoping to get this surgery in the next week. She has never had any issues with her hips .

They are financially unable to afford this cost.
