Lou, is a rescue, sadly, to say, I rescued from my homeless sister, i say I rescued her, but she definitely rescued me,u will see in one of the photos she's laying on a wooden floor, it's her waiting in the bathroom during one of my intestinal emergency, turned out to be a stroke in my colon,she never left the bathroom, she's always by my side during my worst days. I NEED to B there for her now.

Unfortunately,on the streets Lou was given inappropriate human food, which caused a lot of health issues to her teeth.Most of her top and bottom teeth are rotten, decaying,infected & she is have problem eatingOne has fallen out,several are lose,&u can smell the decay.We took her to the vet,she needs dental surgery under anesthesia. The estimate starts @ 800 up to 1800 depending on how bad once In.

After I had the intestinal stroke, i had been bed bound becuz of permanent damage.I became severely depressed &was struggling badly with my mental health.I didn't want to get out of bed. This beautiful dog came over and paw me,nudge my arm up,even kick me sometimes,&I know she's telling me to get up and out of bed.When I am stuck in the bathroom, she doesn' leave my side.She saved my heart &life.

Unfortunately,new year's eve i had what is called a ischemic colitis attack, I had colon hemorrhaging & almost bled to death n my bathroom.I blacked out. I have had three more attacks.I became permanently disabled & my income is SSDI. I am a single parent trying to survive!
