Louie is a 11-year-old Shih tzu/Yorkshire Terrier in Oregon, OH, who needs $2,000 for Diagnosis and Treatment.

Louie came into my life 11 years ago when he was 4 months old. He was given to me by a friend and was already named. Louie is very calm and wouldn't hurt a flea. He lives with myself and Ruby who was an owner surrender. They get along well yet Ruby has a tendency to guard her food so I have to feed them separately. Louie loves to go on walks, take naps and spend time with me and Ruby.

Louie is very friendly and loves little children. He loves his walks but as of late he is barely able to walk and has to ride in his doggy stroller. Lately he's been too sick to even want to go outside. I consider them both my emotional support animals. Now Louie needs my support. I can't financially provide for him all I can do is hold him and cuddle him and tell him I love him.

Louie loves his walks with Ruby. He gets most of the attention from strangers telling him how cute he is. I used to call him my side of beef because he was very healthy. Now I can put my fingers around his spine and feel every rib and bone in his body. Just looking at his cuteness brings me joy. I don't think he has any idea how stinking cute he is.

Louie has had very bad allergies his whole life. He's allergic to his food, airborne allergies, fleas, just about everything. He avoids the grass because as soon as he goes in it is nose starts to run. I've tried to get him vet care over the years yet my finances are lacking. Friends and family have helped me but now the cost of getting him well is more than anyone can afford.

Louie's vet Care is more than my friends and family can help me with. Med vet quoted over $1,000. My vet needs almost $200 to do blood work and images. I am disabled including autism. I filed for disability and have no income. My little loyal Louie needs help. Please help.
