Louis is a 10-year-old Yorkshire Terrier in Atlanta, GA, who needs $840 for a Mass Removal.

This is Louis and he's been my fur baby for over 10 years. During my ups and downs he has been a constant and comforting presence. Recently, Louis developed a mass in his groin area that needs to be removed.  With this pandemic and everything else that has been happening in my life it hasn't been easy.

Louis is my entire heart! I lost my mother this past May and Louis has been a comforting companion as I mourn. His unconditional love has meant everything to me and I want to return the favor. He is so much fun to have around, he likes to snuggle, play watch tv. basically do and be wherever I am. He's my little shadow and I love it!

Like so many others I have been adversely effected by Covid- 19 and was laid off from job, I also lost my mother this year. So things have not been easy, I am definitely experiencing a financial hardship.

Last year around October 2019 Louis had a mass removed at Animal Hospital of Sandy Springs from his prepuce. Now almost a year later (A few weeks ago to be exact) the mass returned. But this time is was bigger and infected, Because of the progression the vet referred him to specialist at BluePearl Veterinary Hospital.

Louis has such a quirky little personality. Ever since I got him at 10 weeks old he has always been very playful and happy. He likes to be around people and the center of attention. Sometimes I think that he thinks he's human and that he's MY owner. Over the last 10 years we have developed a bond that can never be broken.
