About this campaign
Louis came from I assume an abusive/neglectful household. He came to us not being warned of his health issues and now he is our little silly baby boy. He was brought to the vet the first day we got him to get caught up on shots because he has not received one in his 7 years of living. We also learned that he has gum disease, sores on his paws and a slipped disk in his back that didn't heal right.
Louis absolutely adores the ladies. He is definitely a ladies man. He does have trouble with the men though which gives me more of a sign that he was abused prior to me getting him. He does get scared and growls when mom tries to clip his toes so we have to back off until he has calmed down but then he is back to his adorably silly self.
Both my girlfriend and I are full time college students, my girlfriend works at TJMax and I am unable to find a job due to covid and my lack of experience. It just doesn't feel the same without our little boy home. It feels like a piece is missing.
As of 12/06/2020, we could tell something was wrong with our baby. He was having trouble breathing and was lethargic. So we brought him to him normal vet, after 3 hours of scans they have determined that he has a very bad case of pneumonia and that we need to take him to a 24 animal hospital, which we did because he was suffering.
Louis is one of the quirkiest dogs I've met. He will just stare at himself in the mirror like he knows he is the most handsome boy around. He will also just plop himself anywhere, your lap, your coat, inside a book bag. But watch out when he's backing up he wont turn around, he uses his reverse signals and struts himself backwards.
