Lovie is a 6-month-old Rescue Cat in Covington, KY, who needs $2,000 for Kidney Removal.

Lovie was a rescue I adopted from the Purrfect Day Cat Cafe in Covington KY back in July. I was told she came from CAC and was in perfect health.About 2 weeks after I brought her home (along with her sister BB) she was due for her shots. My vet felt something in her belly and did an ultrasound. He informed me she had an inflamed kidney. I took her to a specialist & was told she needs it removed.

I also rescued BB & own a 5 year old cat. I lost my husband of 23 years back in May & my 5 year old seemed so sad. The three of them are so fun to watch. They all get along so well & love to snuggle with me & each other.

Every thing Lovie does makes me smile. She loves to sit on my lap while I am in the bathroom or she makes her way to the top of the toilet tank. She is very vocal & always lets me know when her kibble dish is empty. She also wakes me up every morning by suckling on my arm or neck so I can get her some wet food.

She has an abnormality & inflammation in one of kidneys & needs it removed. I have already spent well over my budget. In order for her to live a happy & healthy life she need it removed before she starts having complications.

Lost my husband of 23 years on May 26th. I only work part time & I do not have the funds to help her. I am still struggle to pay for all my husbands funeral expenses.
