Meet Lt. Dan 💔

Lt. Dan is just 2 months old, but he’s already faced more than any kitten ever should. Born into a feral colony with disabilities, he never would have survived on his own. Flying Pigs Sanctuary knew they had to step in.

Now safe at their rescue, Lt. Dan is getting the care he desperately needs—a special diet, acupuncture, physical therapy, and soon surgery to remove his painful eye. Despite everything, he’s still fighting, and we’re fighting right alongside him.

7/17/26 Update

Lt. Dan is crushing it in physical therapy! He is everyone's favorite kitten. We still want to have an MRI done to figure out exactly what's going on.

7/25/26 Update

We still want to get Lt. Dan an MRI, but with all the animals we're dealing with at the moment, the cost is way too high. It will cost several thousand dollars. We desperately want to do this for him because he deserves it but we can't do it without your help. Every little bit helps. Thank you!
