About this campaign
He was rescued from a South Florida shelter. He’s an intact male poodle that’s in grave condition. Luca has been neglected and physically denied any vetting for a long time. He has pus running out of his mouth and his matting is ridiculous. Luca is safe now and has had a couple baths but will need a lot of medical attention.
