Lucky is a 13-year-old Maltipoo in Saint Cliud, FL, who needs $2,000 for Dental Surgery.

I met Lucky when no one came for him at the groomer and I couldn't turn my back on him with those beautiful big eyes staring at me and we bonded. We have been together for 13 years, he was already 2 years old, and he didn’t have a birthdate so I gave him May 10th of 2010 that is the day, I gave him his forever safe home. Lucky was the perfect name for him because I am Lucky to have him.

My Lucky sleeps in his bed with his own baby blanket in my bedroom or we snuggle on the sofa watching TV. Lucky enjoys walking and playing catch at the backyard. Lucky lets me know when he needs to go outside with one bark and when he is hungry he yawns with a bark. He runs to the doggie pantry for a doggie treats and rolls on his back and clasping his hands for some belling rubs.

My Lucky is shy at first and but then he opens up and enjoys mingling with my family and their four legged children. Lucky afraid of Thunder especially when it rumbling on the ground. My poor baby but I reassure him with hugs and kisses. He enjoys running on the grass and playing with all the tennis balls it funny to see him trying to get them all. Lucky is my world and he knows it too.

My Lucky was diagnosed with heart murmur B1/B2 in January 2023 and just has a dental appointment August of 2023 that requires major dental work, but he needs an updated echocardiogram to see if there is any changes to his heart so then the specialist can determine what medicines he needs or doesn’t need for the procedure.

I am on a fixed income. I can try to cover the $700 for Echocardiogram but I can’t pay the full for Dental. I need to deposit 75% of $4800 and then pay the remaining balance when I pick up Lucky the following day. I can’t fail him know he needs me as much as I need him.
