Lucy Lynn is a 7 year old Chihuahua in Berrien Springs, MI, who needs $300 for IVDD Therapy, Steroids, and Laser Therapy.

Lucy is a rescue along with her sister, they fought their way through the polar vortex alone; only to find amazing humans to take them in unexpectedly and then were given to our family; there forever homes in 2018. This poor girl has always had to fight for herself. From her skin conditions to her being super small and her eating issues. She brings happiness to all she comes in contact with!

I am in need of help for my Lucy, she was diagnosed with IVDD(07/08) I took her to our local vet; Two By Two and by the 2nd visit and x-rays they diagnosed her with IVDD and suggested surgery asap. Her back legs quit working, she is currently on 5mg steroids. She was originally diagnosed with constipation in 07/01 & now has progressed. New diagnosis; unable to perform surgery 2nd opinion (7/16)

Lucy is a different dog, I swear she is more human then dog at times.
She is ALWAYS there for us, and I feel we need to be there for her. She is super affectionate!!She loves to lay in your lap, give kisses, and snuggle next to you on the couch or bed!! Lucy has no problem napping LOL it's one of her favorite things to do next to cuddling or we call it" going crazy" and smothering you in kisses!

I am the main supporter of our family as my husband is disabled/hospitalized. We also rescue animals and have eight other dogs that we maintain and take care of. We have paid a majority of the bills we just need help with this last few hundred. Lucy deserves the best!
