Lucy was adopted back in January 2020. We walked into the shelter just to see the available dogs for adoption the second we saw her we just knew we asked to see her and the moment she was taken out of her dog run she came running to us as if we had already known each other she was very skinny and sick in a matter of weeks she had put on weight and her spunky personality started showing

On 11/25 at midnight she started throwing up which to all of us at home we think it was an upset stomach she continued to vomit and was getting weak to the point we had no option but to take her to the ER where X-Rays were ran and a mass that is bleeding out appeared can’t tell it is cancerous or not. The estimate we received was from $6,000 - $9,000 that we don’t have or the option to euthanize

We always say if Lucy was human she would be trouble and wouldn’t take anything from anyone she has quite the personality. In the house she’s the queen, the boss the second she sees people she wants to run and play and if their kids she goes even crazier and is so gentle with them and lets them do whatever they want. Lucy loves wearing dresses and getting her nails painted.
