Luka is a 1 year old Jack Russell Terrier in Creighton, PA, who needs $6,500 for Femoral Head and Neck Ostectomy.

Luka was a present to me on my 40th birthday and I fell in love with him instantly.A few months after getting him I noticed him limping. After x-rays we found he has what’s called Leg Calve Perthes.This basically means the bones in his right hip are dying. Surgery is the only thing that will fix it. Unfortunately, the cost is $6,500. Please donate as he deserves the best life possible. 🐾🐶❤️

The prognosis is good and he would not be limping and lifting up his right leg after this surgery. He would be having the surgery done at Blue Pearl in Monroeville.

Luka is very special to me because he healed a hole in my heart after my last baby,Kobi,of 12 years passed away. I said I would never get another dog as long as I lived. He is my best friend and him,I,and my daughter go everywhere together. Luka is very adventurous and I need him to be able to live his life to the fullest and get the mobility he deserves.

I went through a few life situations and health issues that left me financially unable to pay for his surgery at this time. Luka and my whole family would be forever grateful for any donation whatsoever. He doesn’t deserve to lend for the rest of his life. Please help!
