About this campaign

my dog Lukas, a 7 yr old mixed breed lab who I rescued from a shelter when he was eight months old. He is suffering from a recent diagnosis of an aggressive soft tissue sarcoma of his hind leg. Thankfully, it has not metastasized and localized to his hind leg. I was told in order to save his life and be cancer free. He needs his hind leg amputated asap by two different veterinarians.

My little girl Lola was also a rescue from an abused home and looks to Lukas for comfort and protection. She goes where he goes. When my daughter is sad or scared he lays by her side to comfort her. He’s my rock.

I am a 3rd stage bone cancer survivor and then breast cancer He has been there for me through my pain, sickness and sadness. He deserves the same from me. Everyone who meets someone loves him. He is the sweetest boy.

Aggressive soft So tissues sarcoma grade 3. Fortunately, it has not metastasized to the lungs, which is why he needs his leg amputated for his survival. The surgery will take place at Vrc in Melbourne, PA specialist, oncology and orthopedic surgery.

I’m a disabled and a single mother, the fixed income. To lose him is loose my, daughter and my world. He everything to us. He part out our small family.
