Lulu is our baby, me and my wife have no kids so she gets all the attention and love from us. she is the sweetest little girl you will meet in your life time. Just seeing her eyes will memorize you in loving her.

• Thrombocytopenia- suspect primary ITP
• Anemia with mildly decrease TP- pre-regenerative vs non-regenerative- r/o IMHA (Evan's syndrome) vs blood loss
vs combination vs bone marrow dysfunction
• Elevated ALP>ALT- r/o secondary to steroid administration vs secondary to anemia vs primary hepatobiliary
disease
• Suspect melena- suspect secondary to #1
• Hyphema- r/o secondary to #1

When we found out after multiple test she has a disease called immune-mediated hemolytic anemia (IMHA) also with ITP referred to as Evan syndrome. We had to take a heft loan for her with Care Credit of $9,200 and even after getting out of the Hospital. She still needs medic
