About this campaign
Lulu is tiny. Fluffy. The kind of dog that looks like she belongs curled up on a warm blanket, not abandoned on the streets to fend for herself. But that’s exactly what happened.
This sweet Pomeranian mix was found all alone—scared, in pain, and with a gruesome wound on her neck. A wound so severe it had become infested with maggots. It’s the kind of injury that doesn’t happen overnight.
It takes time. It takes neglect. And most of all, it takes someone walking away and deciding not to care.
But finally, someone did care. They stepped up to be Lulu’s voice, and Stray Animal Foundation of India stepped in the moment they got notice.
Lulu was rushed to the vet, where her wound was cleaned and she began receiving the care she so desperately needed. Today, she remains on pain relief and antibiotics, and is slowly but surely starting to feel “herself” again.
Once she’s strong enough, she’ll be spayed—one more step toward a future where she’s never forced to bring more lives into the world just to suffer the way she has.
But Lulu’s road to healing isn’t just medical. It’s as physical as it is emotional, and getting there will take time.
Please donate if you can. Share her story if you can’t. Every ounce of support helps give Lulu the healing, safety, and love she’s always deserved.
Update 9/15/25
