Lulu is a 13-year-old Schnoodle in Oro Valley, AZ, who needs $2,000 for Gland Reduction.

We rescued Lulu from the Pima animal care shelter 13 years ago. She has been the rock of our little family, there to help my kids and I cope through a tumultuous divorce into their teen years. She is always a good hearted girl. Always wagging her tail. She has been suffering from a cherry eye condition that will cost our family 3400 to repair, otherwise she will lose that eye.

At her age of 13 Lulu is a slow galloper but each morning she greets us with her gallop around the house. She keeps us all cheerful and smiling. She loves her cat friends and is kind our bearded dragon. My kids look forward to waking up each day and starting the morning with her grunts and gallops..

She grunts and snarfs. She has always been a grunter, and this is definitely her most redeeming quality. As a puppy she had one ear up and one ear down as well. Lulu is always happy to do just about anything with my children and their friends. She is a great family puppy and kept stability in unstable times .

I took her in for a consultation, and she has a cherry eye condition that has not improved with medication or massage. And they said that she would be a good candidate for the procedure where it is surgically repaired. Otherwise her tear duct will cease supporting that eye.

I got divorced about 2 years ago and although I am working full time making ends meet is difficult with two teenagers trying to keep them housed in a safe neighborhood to grow up in. If I could help Lulu it would take an incredible amount of stress off of my shoulders.
