I'm raising money for my basset hound Luly, who needs emergency surgery on her spinal cord. Over the holidays, Luly suffered an injury that worsened acutely and quickly, leaving her paralyzed in her back legs. After an ER visit the day after Christmas and phone calls to veterinary hospitals all over the southern US, she was finally referred to the awesome Small Animals Veterinary Teaching Hospital at Texas A&M University.

This surgery has to be completed within 48 hours to ensure Luly's best chances for a full recovery and came at a cost of $9000. To offset some of these charges, which are creating a financial weight, we are asking for any additional assistance to help Luly, and us, on the road to recovery.
