Luna is a 6 year old Mix-Breed in Idaho Falls, ID, who needs $750 for Perianal Adenoma Removal.

Luna was born in November of 2018 and we brought her home at 12 weeks old after adopting her from a local shelter. She is a mix of German Shepard and Great Pyrenees. She loves pets and time with her humans. She currently has a brother, Pepper, who is also a rescue and 2 rescued kitties. She lives with her humans in Idaho and it is her favorite time of the year where it is cold. :)

Luna has a Perianal Adenoma tumor near her anus. Surgery is recommended by two local veterinarians. Estimated costs go from 365-750, depending on how invasive and long the surgery goes. They will not know until in surgery. This a LARGE variance in cost. We would like to go with Idaho Falls Veterinary Hospital as it is close and the veterinarian has a great recommendation.

Luna is an interictal part of the family. As mentioned she has a doggo brother and they must do EVERYTHING together. Eat, go outside, lounge ... it is together. I am unsure how he will act when she is not available to him when she does have surgery and in recovery. Our family loves our time with her, walks, car rides, pup cups, toys, lounging.. we do it all. She loves tie with any of us.

We have had a sudden unexpected expense, one of my husbands front teeth has broken off and dental work for that has sucked any extra saved that we have. That and the holidays our financials are stretched thin at this time. It would mean the world to us to help Luna!!
