Luna is a 3-month-old Goldendoodle in Merrimac, MA, who needs $550 for Laceration Repair.

We recently got Luna from a Breeder to help support our 2 autistic children. She's crate trained, already knows "sit", "paw" and is learning "lay down" She is just truly a LOVE! Our other dog is a terrier who we adopted just before the pandemic so she is afraid of most things outside of the house because her exposure while while she was a puppy was limited, and she and Luna are BFF's!

We have 3 kids, 2 cats and 2 dogs (one of which is Luna). Luna was adopted to help support out twins who are Autistic, and in the4 weeks we've had her we have already seen a significant improvement in our kids behavior and our home life! She goes everywhere with us, and everyone just absolutely loves her!

Luna is truly the sweetest pup., LOVES water and to make a mess with the water splashing around in her water dish with her 2 front paws. Or when she tries to open the sliding screen door with her nose. The best is how excited she gets to see the kids when they get home from school or how happy she is to visit my sons preschool!

Luna, being curious pup sniffed our elderly cat who swatted her and tore her 3rd eyelid in half. We didn't realize how emergent it was until the vet looked at it. Luna is very calm and she wasn't exhibiting any behaviors to indicate she has hurt her eye until it was infected and stuck closed which is what prompted the vet call.

This is a very unexpected expense, on top of some medical and personal bills for our children. it seems everything is happening at once! We have no other options, and it truly pains us to ask for help.
