Luna was a gift from a close family member who knew we were looking for the light in our lives. From the start of receiving her, we absolutely knew she was going to be just that. Although she was brought into our lives, she had chose us to be her family.

Luna is absolutely the star of the show! With her crazy sporadic zoomies and constant curious head tilts, she is family. Her playfulness never ends and always greets new smiles with a welcome lick! She is our heart of the family and reminds us each day there is something to play for!

Luna has this curiosity to keep learning, and this adorable head tilt when she sees something if interest that we do. She’ll always want to know and learn! Also the way she runs from one side of the house to another to just show us how much energy she has brightens us everyday.

Luna is fully vaccinated and was in amazing health up until recently. We had taken her in to VEG Chandler here in Arizona come to find she had consumed a “fluffy” like substance that is causing a blockage in her intestines. This has resulted in her becoming lethargic, constant vomiting, extremely dehydrated, and potentially terminal . The doctor as advised immediate surgery to remove the blockage.

My fiancé and I both work on a fixed income, however the amount that has been quoted to us for Luna’s surgery is something we do not have. To have Lunas energy, smile, and positive impact on this family back would be everything to us. She has so much more life to live.
