Lunar is a 2 year old Mix-Breed in Minneapolis, MN, who needs $2,000 for Surgery to Remove Quarter from Stomach.

Lunar has been apart of my family since Feb. 2023. She is bonded to her brother Zuko in the picture above and my kid who got them from her friend one random winter day. Lunar was the runt of her litter and weights 6 pounds compared to my other 3 cats whom are double her weight. She's always been tiny, but loves to eat until she just stopped one day and started hiding out from every one..

I recently noticed Lunar's withdrawn behavior and not eating much made me take her to the vet where we learned by X-ray she has a quarter in her stomach. The clinic doesn't believe she will be able to pass it on her own and needs surgery soon, so it doesn't cause a blockage or other complications in her GI tract.

We have all bonded with lunar in our own way because she's so selective on who she wants attention from. I don't want to lose her! She's our tiny cuddle bug and part of my family. It's why I'm reaching out for help to pay for her surgery which was estimated to be around $2000 on 10/21/25 from East Lake Animal Clinic in Minneapolis,MN.
