Maggie is a 13 year old Mix-Breed in Grass Valley, CA, who needs $800 for Dental Extractions & Cleaning Due to Sores in Mouth/Gums.

In 2013 I was living alone and desperately needed a buddy/therapy kitty. I was perusing Craigslist and spotted her beautiful face and just KNEW she was the one for me. She has been my loving and grumping companion ever since. She's been there through 3 moves, an unhappy relationship and into my new home and our freedom from @buse.

Maggie has extensive dental work that needs to be done, and may have FIC or a mass on her bladder. We've been to two vets now, Brunswick Vet and our own vet, Mother Lode, and they both said the same thing. She has horrible sores on her gums that are deteriorating her teeth, and its hurting her.

Maggie has been my best friend and companion for 12 and 1/2 of her 13 years. She is chatty, and LOVES chasing crinkle balls and wadded up receipt paper. She loves her silver vine mouse and sticks, and people. She's always loved meeting people. 💕 Neighbor, friend, vet techs, children &even strangers when out on her leash. Anyone. She makes them smile and laugh, let's us all have belly rubs.

I am partially disabled, and I work two jobs just to keep afloat in my apartment. I took her to the ER vet last week, and that took every penny I had saved in the last two years. I just want her out of pain and healthy again. She's taken to hiding, and that isnt her at all.
