Maggie is a 3 month old Mix-Breed in Stephenville, CO, who needs $500 for Distemper Testing and Treatment.

I adopted my sweet Mags about a week ago from a shelter. She is 3 months and the second I saw her I knew she was my best friend. Our first night we watched Gilmore girls and cuddled in bed, I’ve never felt the type of bond I have with this dog.

About a day ago I noticed Maggie stopped eating and drinking. Wasn’t acting her normal spunky self. Today she refused to come inside and insisted on laying out in the sun but had 0 energy.. which for a 3 month puppy. That was my first red flag. As the day went on she began to throw up, her nose is super runny. I am taking her to the vet in the morning as she is showing every sign of distemper.

Miss Maggie loves going on walks to see the horses and cows with me in the morning. As well as chasing her cat friend around the house ( cats not too fond of that). She also loves car rides with her mama and getting pup cups!! Friendliest dog I’ve ever met and a big mamas girl, if I’m not around she doesn’t want to be around!!

I am an almost 21 year old girl who lives on her own and works full time. I work as a caregiver for individuals with disabilities and the pay is not high in any way shape or form. But I love that job with my whole heart. I just want my happy pup back
