Maher is a 1-year-old Tibetan Terrier in New York, NY, who needs $500 for Annual Physical and Shots.

Hi All! Thank you for taking the time to read my story. I brought home my Tibetan Terrier puppy, Maher, one year ago and she has been an absolute delight. Thanks to Maher I have met so many wonderful neighbors in my NYC neighborhood and she is a fun (and funny!) little girl. Maher is named after a family surname (rhymes with Mayor) and her Instagram is the Maher_of_NewYork

Maher and I enjoy lots of walks, playdates with neighbors, and we love going to the dog park - our favorite dog park is at the American Museum of Natural History! One of my favorite aspects of Maher is how wonderful she is with children; she would make an excellent therapy dog.

Maher is curious, spunky, sweet, and the watch dog for the Upper West Side. I love how she leaps up the back of my chair and she perches herself on my windowsill (don't worry, it's very safe!). My apartment is situated on the 18th floor with beautiful natural light - Maher loves watching the world and scaring the pigeons on my windowsill!

Maher needs her yearly physical and her annual shots. She is a very healthy, smart, well trained and vibrant puppy but needs her basic medical needs taken care of. I would love to have this done asap because last week I heard a case of kennel cough going around the neighborhood and I don't want her at the dog park if she isn't up to date with her shots!

I resigned from a remote Producing/Business Development position last July and have struggled finding full time employment. I've taken odd jobs (babysitting/hostessing) while interviewing and applying to jobs but I'm officially destitute. I appreciate your help!
