About this campaign

We adopted Major December 28th from Care of Dutchess Rescue a couple hours after we brought him home he started vomiting the specialist on Guardian said he has a hernia in his esophagus he needs a endoscopy/GI study we dont have the money then hes going to need surgery his doctors said if he doesn't have all the test and surgery he will not make it

Major is a huge part of our family hes like one of my children. I take care and live with my 90 year old father he was so overjoyed. I haven't seen my father laugh and smile in years. When Major was diagnosed my granddaughter keeps crying at school. I cried for 2 days I dont know what we would do if we lose him

Major runs around and plays like he's not sick. Me and my father laugh when he's trying to jump on the couch and beds he jumps to soon. He sleeps with me he puts his arm on me like hes holding me. He's like a baby Major is a sweetheart. I took him out in the snow he dug his head in the snow and threw it up with his nose he looked like he had a white beard

I took Major to Animal Hospital of Wappinger Falls on 1/12/22 the took an xray because of his vomiting it showed he has bronchial pneumonia and something around his intestines, she immediately sent me to Guardian Veterinary Specialist they looked at the xray and said he has a hernia in his esophagus and he need endoscopy/ Upper GI study and then surgery they need to bioppsy it his life depends onthis

I had to stop working in 3/21 because I take care of my father I receive foodstamps I went back to work 11/17/21 I've been out of work the last month because positive Covid 19 test I can't catch up on my bills
