Makari is a 6-month-old Cane Corso in Muncie, IN, who needs $1,185 for Cherry Eye Repair.

Markari has had a rough start in her six months of life. Her first owner's wife took her life and her husband had no desire to care for her . His daughter took her in then decided they couldn't keep her they posted to re-home her.
After she settled in and started playing with Persefani our other Cane Corso we noticed the cherry eye that's when we realized why they decided to re-home her.

Makari is a blessing to us and Persefani our other Corso. We had to send our 10 year old male Corso to heaven on Nov 27th 2023. We have all been lost without him especially Persefani. Markari fit right in after 24 hours her and Persefani get along great and she's mending our broken heats. It breaks our hearts that she has this cherry eye problem she's such a loving little girl.

It's really funny that Makari has some of the same traights as Persefani. Markari knocks on the door when she wants in and if you take to long she'll go stand on her hind legs and look in the kitchen window. Being that she's still young and in the puppy stage she's clumsy and goofy. Markari has only been with us for four days but you'd think she's been with us her whole life. We are blessed.

We are so blessed to have Makari come into our lives and it breaks our hearts to find out she has cherry eye in both eye. They came out when her and Persefani were playing. Makari has had a rough start in her first six months of life and we want to give her the best rest of her life with all of the love and care she deserves.

We are not financially able to get the surgery needed to repair her cherry eyes. We are still paying for Hades being sent to heaven and his cremation. My husband works and I get sporadic SSI. We want her to have the best healthy life possible she meaned our broken heats.
