Malcolm is a 13 year old Pomeranian in Coppell, TX, who needs $2,000 for Femoral Head Ostectomy Surgery.

Malcolm became a part of our family on a late Friday evening 10 years ago. He was roaming through our neighborhood by himself. We picked him up and he was so sweet. We checked all round for his owners but no one reached out for him. He took him and made him Brother Malcolm. He has brought just joy to our lives and her so distraught with his current situation. He is so lovable and friendly.

Malcolm injured himself going down the stairs as we were leaving home. He dislocated his left hip. His veterinarian attempted to put the femur back in place but was unsuccessful. After further review it was determined he would need surgery to repair his hip joint so that he can walk again. Surgery is to be completed at Dallas Veterinary surgical Center.

Malcolm is only 5 lbs but you wouldn’t know it based off the amount of love he gives everyone. He always be found sleeping with his “sisters” every night. He enjoys running outside even when it is cold out!! He brings smiles to everyone that sees him. He has helped support a family through their cancer battle. And we are still fighting cancer and need Malcolm on this journey with us.

The injury to Malcolm is so unexpected and heartbreaking. He loves to run!! His needed surgery will cause financial difficulties for our family as we are still battling pancreatic cancer for a family member. Malcolm has been the glue keeping us together.
