Mama Mia, or Mama, for short was injured in a fan of a neighbors car. She was taken to the vet and we couldn't find her owners. My daughter called me and asked me if i would rescue/adopt her. When I saw her, I couldnt say no. She was the prettiest cat I had ever seen. She is also the most affectionate and loving cat ive ever had. She wont let me out of her sight. She's my best friend.

Mama has had complicationsfrom.being cut up by the fan when she got hurt. It has caused her to develop a hernia and it keeps getting bigger. I habe noticed here lately that it is causing her some pain and she has licked it until it has made a place on it. She is starting to lose hair around the hernia. When I took her to the vet, they said they need to remove it quickly in case it is cancer.

Mama is special because she has been with me through ups and downs and she has never given me any trouble. She is always so glad to see me when I walk in the door and it doesnt matter if shes had a bad day, she always makes sure to give me a head bump and cat kisses.. She loves playing with her feather toy and she isn't crazy about sharing it with her adopted sister,Molly..
