About this campaign
My friend and I went to flea market to browse, and Mandey was in a baby stroller with her brother. I asked if I could hold her, and she clung to me and wouldn't let go. She was supposed to go to someone else, but the gentleman passed away that day. I had lost my other dog about 4 months ago, so I wasn't going to get another dog. But Mandey changed my mind instantly when I picked her up.
Mandey and I do not have a boring life. Mandey knows 15 tricks, and she loves to show people how smart she is. She loves to give kisses and hugs in the morning. In the morning, she sits right next to me until I do my household chores. We go for walks, shopping, and she is my rescue dog. Sometimes we even take a trip to go see the Grandkids. She loves my Grandkids & enjoys playing with them.
I am on Medicare, Medicaid, and disabled with a limited income. Mandey is my rescue dog, & she can detect seizures & she is loved. She is certified, but I can provide the info through organization but not online. Mandey is my world, and she helps me so much.
I was shocked to find this out last week. I noticed for the last 4 weeks, she had been drinking and urinating a lot. So, I took her to the vet and they did an expensive lab test on her. They confirmed she had diabetes. Now they will have to keep her Monday, and do more test, medication, lab, boarding, and no telling what else. Vet: Dr. McCall Gulf Breeze Animal Hospital 850 932-6116
Mandey has done this since she was a puppy, and it is so funny. She likes to watch her dog shows sitting on her booty with her front paws in the air. She really watches TV. It is so funny. We play with a long, giraffe because she fears she might bite my fingers. So Sweet! It is not tug-a-war we play. It is gentle pulling, playing, and kisses. We go for walks and she is my support dog.
