I met Mandy a few months after the loss of my other Angel Libby.. Wasnt planning on parenting another pet/child until I met her! She was only a few months old and was in a not so great situation. Her owner then worked long hours leaving Mandy alone without the love and attention she needed. He was aware of my loss just weeks prior and asked if I was ready so she could have the love she deserved..

When Mandy was around a year old when she was diagnosed with an auto-immune disorder. She will have a lifelong battle with extreme allergies, atopic dermatitis, and yeast infections on her skin. With medicine her condition is manageable, without it the affects are instant and so hard to gain control of.

Mandy is a Ham to say the least...a joker and a prankster from day one! Onery as she can be! She is also very sensitive, and her feelings are very real...she's a love bug and a cuddler, a shoulder and a protector. There for me even before I know I need her to be.. She loves to go everywhere mom goes, hates to feel left out. Always in everyone's business and lap or pockets!

Ive recently had back surgery, which led to the loss of my job, along with my means of transportation.. Mandy has recently had a miserable time with skin infections, as Ive been unable to remain consistent in providing her with her medication.
