Marco is a 9-year-old Border Collie/Cattle Dog in Vacaville , CA, who needs $2,000 for TPLO Surgery.

Marco came into my life in 2014 just a puppy. He is full of energy and one of the smartest dogs I've ever known, He is my best friend. We live in a small house with a nice backyard, He hurt his knee while we were out for a walk. He was running like normal and all of a sudden came up lame and could not put any weight on his left hind leg.

Marco is full of life and energy smart as a whip he keeps me on my toes. Marco is a very friendly guy who loves to go on hikes, he also loves going to watch softball games so he can hang out with all the kids. They love him!! Marco loves them right back

Marco is my best buddy and I know I am his. Everday I come home from work and Marco greets me with his own special Marco song. When he is getting ready to go to bed he digs on the carpet or bed, (like he is fluffing up a pillow ) before he lays down. He is very proud of the fact that he can put his whole back foot in his mouth!

Marco and I were out for a walk he was running ahead of me and suddenly started limping. He couldn't put any weight on his left hind leg, I had to carry him part of the way home. Family Pet Hospital will be treating Marco. There is a traveling surgeon who performs the TPLO surgery.

Marco hurt his knee in late July. We have been waiting for this appointment/surgery since then, About 3 weeks ago 2 dogs broke into my backyard and attacked Marco. It's just been very hard with vet bills and just living,
