Margaret May is Too Young to Have Been Through All She Has

This 2-year-old poodle was found wandering in the rain early this morning in heartbreaking condition. Matted, tired, and clearly neglected, Margaret May had likely been struggling on her own for far too long. Sadly, we suspect she may have been dumped, possibly because the cost of grooming and feeding became too much.

Despite everything she’s been through, Margaret May is slowly showing us her gentle spirit. She’s a little weary of new people at first, which is understandable after her ordeal, but once she realizes she’s safe, she relaxes and allows her sweet personality to shine.

Margaret May needs medical care to start her new life. She has a cherry eye that will require treatment and she also needs a dental procedure. With proper care, patience, and love, we know she will blossom into the beautiful, happy dog she was always meant to be.
