Marley is a 1 year old Ferret in Wilmington, DE, who needs $2,000 for Amputation of Back Foot.

I bought Marley in a time when I was at on of my lowest. He bring me so much joy along with his two sisters and brother. He is the youngest of 4 ferrets and by far the most energetic and the one who gets into everything. He lives in Wilmington Delaware with me. He is mostly a free roaming ferret except when I'm not home he's is put in a kennel with his siblings. Where they sleep most of the day

Marley hurt his leg and his vet said most likely he will need his leg amputated. His vet is Exotic and small animal hospital of PA. I'm not sure if Marley will need ongoing vet care as of now. He has had two appointments so far and the vet hasn't given me any more information. The x-rays didnt show no broken bone but they think it's nerve damage and are thinking he will need the leg amputated

Marley is just a bundle of joy and I can't imagine a day without my little trouble maker. It's hard not being able to let him out and to see him in pain. Everyone in the family is missing him. We're all sad when we only see 3 ferrets out.

I'm having financial difficulties at the moment due to me helping my dad with his medical bills and now I'm having to pay Marleys vet bills all on my own. I am struggling just to come up with the money to take Marley to the vet as he is considered an exotic pet.
