About this campaign
We have had Marmee for a little over a year, she was a furry gift for my two kids. When we got Marmee we didn’t know she had a litter of baby kitties on the way! Marmee had 7 beautiful babies, one of every color! She has always been a happy, healthy girl who truly loves the outdoors & blankey snuggles!
Last week, we found Marmee lying in the garage with a very clear back leg injury that needed medical care. Her vet visit revealed to us that she has a broken femur, right above the knee. The veterinarian explained to us that this injury needed radiologic scan to determine her treatment, and what surgery is available to her. This scan is between $600-$1000, before treatment.
Marmee is quite the character, If she could speak🤍she would very clearly tell you her favorite past-time is snuggling with a blanket in mom’s bedroom with the lights off. But after a few hours, she’s ready to go run off some energy by chasing bunnies in the yard.
Marmee's large medical expense came to us very unexpectedly and we just can not afford the $1000+ in veterinary care that she deserves. It would mean the world to us to have our Marmee healthy again, and I know if she could speak🤍she would thank each of you personally.
