Marnie is a 1-year-old Aussie in Avon, OH, who needs $2,000 for Emergency Care and Leg Amputation.

Marnie was rescued after escaping from a puppy mill and getting hit by a semi-truck. She was rushed to West Park Animal Hospital where x-rays revealed an untreated old injury to her leg and elbow.

It was determined Marnie's leg would need to be amputated. However, while waiting for her surgery, Marnie stopped being able to walk and urinate on her own.

Marnie remained hospitalized for days requiring extra medications and specialized care to help her go to the bathroom normally and decrease her pain.

Marnie then underwent a leg amputation and spay. She has a long recovery ahead both mentally and physically. However, with FIDO's Companion Rescue Inc's help, Marnie is now on her way to a life without pain and full of love and care.
