Mary Jane is a 6 year old Shepard Mix in Aurora, CO, who needs $2,000 for Right TPLO.

Mary Jane (MJ) gifted us with the companionship when she was only 3 months old. She, her mother, and siblings had been rescued from a backyard after the pups and their mom had been abandoned in a backyard with nothing in the middle of scorching Phoenix summer. She currently spends her days hanging out with her kiddos and us at our home in Colorado. Where she dreams of playing fetch once again.

After being attacked by stray dogs Mary Jane sustained a mild CCL tear to her right knee. The added strain to her left knee while her right knee healed resulted in a complete tear of the CCL in her left knee. The orthopedic team at CSU's Veterinary Teaching Hospital said that the left knee needed a TPLO right away. We were able to afford the left TPLO. Since then her right CCL completely tore.

Mary Jane is the sweetest girl in the world. She is fiercely loyal, endlessly playful, loving, fun, smart & eager to love on anyone she meets. MJ is highly intuitive, when she feels the vibe she comes to remedy it. Most nights I fall asleep holding her tight on our bed. Our kids are in love with her, same as all that know her. She is a ride or die, deeply dedicated companion. She is one of one!

We used most of our emergency fund's cushion to pay for MJ's left TPLO surgery in December. We cannot afford to pay for a TPLO surgery for her right leg so soon after the last surgery, we've postponed it as long as possible but she pain & suffering dreaming of running again.
