He is a long haired cat he has white dander, and his eye is swollen. He is shutting like no older, and he needs to go to the vet and we are low income and don’t have the money to provide vet service

Him and the other cat fight really bad he is mean sometimes . But he is very cuddly and loves to lay above my head . He was my fiancés cat who sadly passed away.
